Okkz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Okkz (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is a provider of online Sports Betting and gaming services. This Terms & Conditions ("the Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and okkz.

Please read these terms carefully before using the okkz website, mobile app, or any related services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To use okkz's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

• You will need to provide a valid email address and mobile number, both of which will be verified.

After registration, okkz reserves the right to verify your information. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license.

You are solely responsible for the security of your okkz account. Never share your password with anyone, and make sure to change it regularly.

• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled when logging into your account — it provides an extra layer of security.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Okkz will never ask for your password or payment details via email or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a scam.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Accounts may not be transferred or sold under any circumstances.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months), it may be flagged as dormant. Contact support to reactivate it.

Okkz supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your account type and verification level.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals Without Verification: Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until KYC verification is complete.
• Deposited funds will only be returned to the registered payment method used. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.
• Okkz reserves the right to hold and investigate any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure there are no pending bonus wagering requirements on your account. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on okkz:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check all details before placing your bet.
• In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, okkz reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned after it has started — due to natural disasters, security incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances — the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with okkz's rules.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information is a criminal offence, and okkz will report any such activity to the relevant authorities.

Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market. okkz reserves the right to set limits on large bets. In the event of any dispute over a bet outcome, okkz's decision shall be considered final.

Okkz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit based on a set percentage. This offer is available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• While a bonus is active, betting may be restricted in certain markets.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Okkz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be informed if the terms of an ongoing bonus are changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okkz. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of your balance:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
2. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
3. Exploiting any technical glitch or bug in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
5. Creating an account under a false identity or submitting forged documents.
6. Participating in or facilitating match-fixing.
7. Using okkz's brand, logo, or content without prior authorization.

Okkz has both the right and the responsibility to report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Okkz is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and that risk is borne entirely by the user.

• Okkz accepts no liability for funds lost through betting.
• If a bet is voided due to technical issues such as server downtime or internet disruption, okkz is not liable for any financial losses, though any deposited funds will be returned.
• Okkz is not liable for failures caused by third-party services, including payment gateways or network providers.
• Okkz will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to changes in law or government directive.

Okkz's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

Okkz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
